In your purchases made through Madenburada, the cargo is your responsibility. In your projected purchases and purchases weighing more than 250 kg, the cargo shipping fee is agreed upon through mutual consultation.

If the products you ordered are in stock, they will be shipped within 3 business days. If you are not at your address, your cargo will be returned to your branch and held for 2 days for you to receive it. If you do not receive your cargo from the branch, it will be returned to us as a return cargo.

In cases where the cargo that has been sent out to you is not received or the product that has been delivered is requested to be returned due to reasons caused by the buyer, the buyer undertakes to cover the shipping costs (round trip). In such cases, the shipping cost is covered by the buyer.
